NTHOA hopes to create one of the top mentor programs for new officials.  As a member of NTHOA, you will be partnered with experienced officials that will help you learn the game from an official's point of view.  You will be given real-time feedback on positioning, calls, and many other aspects of your game to help you become the best official you can be.
